The unit has a gated parking spot for 1 car, full appliances, fresh linens, towels, tv (basic channels), movies, and internet. The sofa can be turned into a bed for an additional guest making it so three people can stay in the unit. Great unit for an out of town student, family visits, and travelers ready to explore LA. Rooftop has a hot tub, and open community grill.
