An $100.00 non refundable pet fee is required. Guest access The home is equipped with a keyless entry. Guests are provided with a code on the day of check, to provide a seemless check in. Although we sleep 8, we have 3 parking spaces with no off street parking. No RV's, Bus's, ATV's, or trailers of any sort permitted. There is a separate dwelling, with a full time local resident. There are no common areas. The resident is not a host for our home.
