Cozy Cape Apt off I-85 btn Charlotte & Greenville

This 2nd floor Cape Cod apt has hardwood floors and lots of extras. Board games and cards for entertaining are available as is a 40" TV. Small desk with comfortable chair looks out front window and provides a great work area. Full kitchen with all you need to cook (please let us know if we missed anything). Coffee machine with Organic coffee pods. Keyless entry and dusk to dawn outside lighting allows late arrival. Ceiling is slanted and may not be suitable for tall guests. The space The bedroom has a lovely queen bed, sitting area, full closet, box fan (for those who love the noise of a fan to sleep), and extra cozy pillows. An iron and ironing board are in the closet. See our discounts for longer stays! Bath is in hall between the bedroom and the living room with shower and tub. Extra towels are in the small closet and hooks are behind the door. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Comfy oversized stuffed rocker and loveseat in living room provide a casual, relaxing area. The loveseat folds out to a twin bed. A second fold up twin bed is located in the closet. Sheets and pillows will be stored in ottoman according to reservation request. You'll find some games, cards, magazines, and books. Central air and heat, wifi, and lots of hooks throughout (for coats, bags, etc). The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans, crock pot, microwave, full stove, full refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dishes, glasses and hopefully all you need in your home away from home. Please let us know if we missed anything, we want you comfortable and our guests have provided terrific input over the years. Guest access This is an apartment. The entire area is yours. There are neighbors below you in the same building. There is Laundry access in the building around back, please let us know in advance if you want to use the laundry area. Other things to note This apartment is a part of a quadraplex. You will be staying in the upstairs apartment. Because this is an older home, the steps are steeper than steps made today. Although we have rarely had complaints over the years, keep in mind that others live or are staying below you. You may hear sounds from them or they may hear you on occasion. While we don't expect this to be a problem, we want you to be aware of the living arrangements. Also, our storage closet for the apartments is right inside the front door to the building (before you go up the stairs to your apartment), on occasion we may access this during your stay. We just want you to be aware in case you hear us downstairs .Note: Railroad tracks are located nearby & trains run through town regularly.
