This guest suite is private from the main house and enjoys incredible panoramic views. You are guaranteed a great sunset every night in this hideaway in the trees. It's open plan with A/C & heat. There's a full kitchen with gas stove, coffee maker and dishwasher, as well as laundry. The modern bathroom has a shower. Parking is off-street in our driveway. Peace and tranquility await you in this hidden hillside gem surrounded by trees. All welcome 🏳️‍🌈🐈🐾 The space Private guest suite is located in a hillside property in Eagle Rock, bordering Highland Park. Elevated above the city you'll get incredible views day and night. Quiet, dead end street means little passing traffic and total peace and quiet. While you are close to owner's house, you are completely separate and have your own entrance, parking space and privacy. You can enjoy a glass of wine on your own private patio in the evening. We provide fast internet and a smart TV with Hulu Plus, HBO Max and Netflix. Kitchen has a gas stove, microwave and a dishwasher. A washer and dryer are inside the unit and there is a large wardrobe with a chest of drawers. You have access to our large hillside yard with fruit trees and wildlife. No fenced area for dogs, so bring your leash! Quiet walks are available all around our quirky neighborhood and there are hiking trails in the Angeles National Forest, nearby mountains or Griffith Park, all within 15 minutes drive. Guest access Guests have private access to the apartment/guest suite, a patio with table and chairs and the hillside yard. It's important to note that there are no fenced areas for dogs, so be sure to bring your leash! Other things to note There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside.
