2 bedrooms, 2 full size bathrooms, full kitchen with the exception of a dishwasher and a brand new sofa bed. This 3rd floor condo has a view from the living room and the west side bedroom. East side bedroom has it's own bathroom and Cable TV/DVD. Cable TV/DVD player in the living room also. You can enjoy the view from inside or outside on the large west side deck! Seasonal bridge to beach, Memorial Day to Labor Day. NO RV's The space The Neskowin Resort has a common patio area with a propane BBQ and a picnic table for the guests to use. There is a seasonal bridge that takes you right over to the beach. Other things to note Check in at the Grey Fox Vacation Rental office located at 48900 Hwy 101 South Neskowin Oregon 97149. Office is open daily from 10-5. If you will be arriving after business hours please call the office and make arrangements for the keys 503 392 4355 Check in time is between 3-5pm Check out time is 11am
