Cozy & Private Cottage Sleeps 9 with Relaxing Deck

Located on our farm with a private entrance, is a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, cozy cottage with impressive views. Head out and wander through our hiking trails or relax in our beautifully manicured walk through garden! Located just 45 minutes from Nashville, and the way it is situated, makes for a perfect choice to explore Middle Tennessee!! The space Two story cottage with one bedroom downstairs along with a sleeper sofa and an upstairs open loft with a queen bed, a daybed with trundle bed and a twin bed. There is a bathroom on each floor. Please note, we do charge a fee for guest counts above 6 at a rate of $25 per night per guest. There will be a fee of $50 per night per unregistered guest that are not listed prior to check in. We are dedicated to the health of our guest and our property undergoes a deep cleaning utilizing a sanitizing electrostatic sprayer after each guest checkout. Guest access We have a rural setting on a private farm. You have a private guest entrance with multiple parking spots. We have a light up walk through garden area, fire pit swings area, pond and hiking trails that you may access with your stay! We do have pets that live on property. For the safety of our pets and yours, we ask that you leash your pet while outside of the fenced area. We also experience lots of wildlife in close proximity of the guesthouse. Other things to note While your staying on our property, feel free to explore the grounds! Enjoy the pond, walk through our beautiful garden, take a break at the garden patio or at our fire pit swings! Or, choose to follow the road running beside our garden that leads to our hiking trails! Heading left at the “Y” is the most scenic route! Remember you are in the country and while we work extensively with our pest control services we cannot guarantee that you won’t see critters or insects during your visit. We suggest staying on the trails when hiking and being mindful of snakes. We also ask that your pets to be leashed as we have seen a few coyotes in the area. Most of all, we hope you enjoy your stay!
