My place is a PREMIER LOCATION at Prospect Park, Botanic Gardens & Barclay's Center. MANHATTAN 20min, Easy Access to 2,3,4,5,6,Q,B,R&N trains. JFK, 35-45 min. Multiple Restaurants & bars, coffee shops. You’ll love my place because of the LOVELY SCENIC NEIGHBORHOOD, the EXTRA LARGE ROOM, with High Ceilings, comfy bed, the coziness and two friendly cats! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. SCROLL DOWN: To GETTING AROUND for detailed subway info & GUIDE BOOK!!! The space THE BEDROOM IS VERY LARGE AND SPACIOUS with one entry door and a separate door leading to foyer and bathroom. With ample space to unpack, offering a tall chest of drawers, closet space, and four extra large drawers in platform bed. You will never be cold, centrally heated and extra blankets and a heating pad are provided for your comfort if needed. Window looks out onto quiet service road and trees (no buildings on the opposite side of the street). The bathroom, although shared with your host is kept spotlessly clean and totally uncluttered, it will seem to be quite private! Overall the space is a warm and welcoming place to reside in. Guest access Guests have access to living room, kitchen and bathroom. During your stay I am always available either in person or via text message to help as much as possible and answer any questions you may have about the neighborhood and navigating your way around Manhattan etc. Other things to note CONFIRMATION OF VACCINATION IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING. One Additional guest is welcome for a limited time but only with prior approval. Additional charges $15 per person per night. If you are booking for more than one month an Additional Cleaning Fee of $100 for each month is required.
