The house has been completely renovated inside including new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing family meals. The rooms are furnished with quality beds, dressers and chairs. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap and plenty of towels. It is set up to be a comfortable home base for attending events or a exploring all of the great outdoor activities in the area. There is a large cookout area and table with seating for 6. The parking area is graveled and large enough for ATV trailers. Guests have use of the whole home. There is a large parking area and driveway as well a comfortable cottage with all the furnishings of home. We live nearby if we are needed. The home is self check in. We are available by phone or text. The home is located in a rural neighborhood near the bike path and ATV trails. All retail and medical services are located in Richfield (10 miles). Farming activity is common in this area. Expect animals to be visible in the area but not at the property. Cars are necessary. This is a very rural area of the state. There is no public transportation. The cottage is in a rural residential area. Grocery shopping, gas and restaurants are found in Richfield (10 miles). A Family Dollar and a grocery store are also in Monroe. There is plenty of graveled parking for cars, trucks or ATV/boat trailers. We welcome dogs. Dishes, baggies and a leash are available. Please be courteous and pick up after your pet. $15 nightly pet fee per animal will be paid in a separate request for payment through Airbnb. There are outdoor security cameras at the front and back doors.
