New landscaping and a huge cookout area with a grill and picnic table make the outdoor space beautiful. This home is close to ATV trails, mountain biking, a bike path and fishing. 10 minutes from I-70. 1 mile from grocery. 10 miles from shopping. - Strong WiFi - Stocked kitchen - Washer/Dryer - Pet friendly The space The home is a two bed/one bath cottage in a rural residential neighborhood. The house has been completely renovated inside including new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing family meals. The rooms are furnished with quality beds, dressers and chairs. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap and plenty of towels. It is set up to be a comfortable home base for attending events or a exploring all of the great outdoor activities in the area. There is a large cookout area and table with seating for 6. The parking area is graveled and large enough for ATV trailers. Guest access Guests have use of the whole home. There is a large parking area and driveway as well a comfortable cottage with all the furnishings of home. Other things to note The cottage is in a rural residential area. The cottage is about 5 blocks from Mystic Hot Springs. Grocery shopping, gas and restaurants are found in Richfield (10 miles). A Family Dollar, a great hamburger place, a small diner and a small grocery store are also in Monroe. There is plenty of graveled parking for cars, trucks or ATV/boat trailers. We welcome dogs. Dishes, baggies and a leash are available. Please be courteous and pick up after your pet. $30 pet fee per animal will be paid in a separate request for payment through Airbnb. There is an outdoor security camera at the back door.
