The space The 40-square-metre accommodation comprises open-plan spaces on two levels: a living room with a 32-inch HD LED TV, a sofa bed (which can be converted into two single beds or one single bed can be pulled out while the sofa remains in use), a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine with dryer), a loft-style French-style queen-size bedroom with a standing wardrobe, and a fully equipped bathroom with a window. Guests may freely make use of: - Wi-Fi connection (free) - air conditioner with heat pump - Radiator heating (electric heater in the bathroom) - TV - Automatic shutters with thermally insulated and soundproofed frames - appliances - armoured door We are oriented to energy saving and promote eco-sustainable behaviors, so only the essential electrical devices (e.g. refrigerator and heater) are left on at the exit of the apartment when the key is removed (as happens in hotels when the card is removed at the exit of the room). We also promote separate waste collection, which is mandatory in Bologna; therefore, guests are provided with a card to access the waste bins. Guest access The accommodation is available all year round, for short stays (from 5 nights) and for a maximum of 1 month, which can be extended. Self check-in is available from 3 pm. Check-out is by 12:00 pm. Guests will receive check-in/check-out instructions 24 hours before their arrival. The accommodation may only be used by the person who made the booking. If the number of guests changes, the Guest is required to report this and amend the booking. The main booker must send all the guests’ documents via Airbnb, in a legible format and showing both sides. Checkout instructions will be remembered the day before departure. For stays there is a cleaning of the accommodation and a linen change every 10 days (typically on Wednesdays or Sundays). Everything included in the price. To get around Bologna, we recommend using rented e-bikes (electric bikes), which are available throughout the area via the city’s bike-sharing service, using the Ridemovi app (bike hub approximately 200 metres away). At the entrance guests will find the refrigerator equipped with sparkling and natural water to refresh themselves from the trip as our kind welcome gift.
