DomGalante - Brodnickie Lake District

We created this dream house – we designed and built it ourselves to blend in with the nature of the Brodnickie Lake District. Grzybno, Lake Chojno, Brodnica... We fell in love with these views, the smell of the forest, storks over the meadows, cormorants on the water, kayaking, fried fish and cycling trips. Maybe you'll fall in love here too? Welcome – Kinga & Bartek 💚 The space We cordially invite you to the Brodnickie Lake District and our cottage, which we designed and built ourselves. Our Tiny House was built in the style of a modern barn. Its design was the subject of a diploma thesis, where the main idea was to create an object with a modern look while respecting the tradition of the surrounding landscape. Guests say that the body of the cottage blends in with the surroundings, and the rest is up to you to decide :) Built with our own hands – in the snow, in the rain, 200 km from the destination. Transported in batches, assembled piece by piece. Designed with love for wood, architecture and nature, but also for the Brodnickie Lake District. DomGalante is not just a cottage for rent — it is the result of many expeditions, the desire to be here as often as possible. It's cormorants at dawn, the smell of the forest after the rain, sunsets over the water. We designed it for ourselves and our loved ones – today we share it with you Come. Make some tea. Make yourself at home. We often went to the lakes and have experience in using rented accommodation, so we tried to arrange it so that it includes all the necessary elements while maintaining a minimalist decor. If you are not sure whether any assortment is in stock at the cottage, then write to us boldly - we will dispel any doubts. Detailed description of the cottage and the surrounding area: On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen (dishes, fridge, microwave, dishwasher), a fireplace, a double corner sofa bed, a bathroom; Steep stairs without handrails lead to the mezzanine, where there are two double mattresses. Wi-Fi and TV are available. The railings on the mezzanine are not built in, please keep this in mind if you are taking children with you. The parking lot on the property can accommodate one car. Additional cars can be parked in front of the plot. There are summer plots in the vicinity. Our cottage is at the end of a sandy street. It borders mainly with wooded plots, one neighbor with a cottage, a dirt road and behind the slope with asphalt, where cars drive. It is not the middle of the forest. As you can see in the photos, the garden arrangement is still very raw, but after all, the most important things during the holidays are lakes and good mood :) The cottage does not have direct access to the shoreline of Lake Chojno and to the lake, the descent to the water, the pier visible in the photos is about 4/5 minutes by forest road. We give you our beloved cottage - have a great time :) Other things to note For your convenience, we provide fresh bedding – just bring your own towels. Firewood is available on site and included in the price of your stay – we only ask that you do not use it for a bonfire. If you are planning a campfire, let us know in advance – we will prepare the wood for an additional fee of PLN 150. Treat the cottage and its furnishings as your own. Please leave the cottage in the condition in which you found it – cleanliness and tidiness will be a nice gesture for us and the next guests. If additional non-standard cleaning is required, a fee of PLN 200 or more may be added.
