Our fresh SPACIOUS home has been updated with tons of fun amenities. We are right on the water with ocean access and a 34-foot dock to park your boat. We also have 2 kayaks for your use. Enjoy a private heated pool and gas grill. We have game stations with foosball and a large poker table for fun play. Our home has new interior furnishings and a large chef's kitchen. We are less than 2 miles from Lauderdale by the Sea Beach, which features a beautiful fishing pier, restaurants, and live music. The space The waterway at the property is accessible from the ocean, however, boats must clear several low, fixed bridges. Check clearances, depth, and tides before bringing your own boat. Small powerboats may be able to access the dock. However, the owner makes no warranties or representations regarding clearances and maximum draft. Dock at your own risk Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated. Guest access Guests will have access to the private pool, boat dock, 2 kayaks, life vests/jackets, private laundry room, anda waterfront backyard. You must sign a liability waiver to use the kayaks. The pool, dock, canal access, and backyard are completely private. Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day.
