Guest suite in Albuquerque

A private studio located within a 10 minute walk to the University of New Mexico and Nob Hill - the hip Albuquerque neighborhood filled with restaurants, breweries and shopping! Centrally located within the city with close access to the freeway. There are many fun activities right out your doorstep including a golf course within walking distance to the studio which is a popular place to run and enjoy the great New Mexico weather! The space When you arrive at our space you will walk underneath a southwestern pergola to reach the front door. As you walk in you will notice a nice comfy bed on your left with visual access to a smart tv to satisfy all of your Netflix and News watching desires! Our cute little kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, sink, and of course, a French press (coffee provided)! The dining room table is great to enjoy some good New Mexican food on or set up a laptop and get some work done! The space has a nice size closet that you will pass as you walk towards the bathroom. We make sure to keep the bathroom stocked with soap and shampoo for all of your cleansing needs! Guest access Guests will have access to parking in our drive way, directly in front of the studio! Other things to note If you are a cyclist, hiker, rock climber, or general outdoor enthusiast you are in luck! We would love to share all of our favorite places to explore Albuquerque with you!
