Private Trout Lake passes are available upon request! The space: *The MooseHaven condo located at the Silver Lake Condos. It is conveniently located on the lower-level, closest to the door and parking, and laundry AND with a beautiful view of Silver Lake! *The 950 sq ft condo has a large master bedroom with an 12" thick king bed. Small second bedroom with log pine bunk bed, adequate sleeping and space for 4-5 guests. An additional public half bathroom located across the hall. *Wifi - High-speed internet with Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN3 included. Laundry access just down the hall. Please be respectful to other building tenants and follow building quiet hours (10 pm) and pet rules. Other things to note: * Dogs stay for free upon request. Must notify the host and abide by the building and grounds pet rules. *An all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicle may be required in the winter months. The condo is at the end of the main paved road to the area that is plowed in the winter. However, if there is a lot of snow on the road it is simply too steep in a few spots for 2wd vehicles. *What makes this area beautiful is also what makes it dangerous. Weather extremes are common! This is a high-altitude Alpine environment. The condo is situated at 10,400 ft and believed to be the highest condo in the country! There is much less oxygen at this altitude and caution should be taken to avoid altitude sickness. Basic steps include staying well hydrated, well-nourished, and keeping physical exertion to a minimum until your body acclimates. Limit alcohol. Always consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
