1 + 1 house with patio, in a gated community with pool

We are renting our 1+1 house with a garden floor in Güllük Flip-Flops Site. We use the house as a summer house whenever we can, it is not a hotel or a hostel. It is located in a decent site, 10 minutes from the airport. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room where 2 people can sleep. The house has a sea view. There is a public beach, private beaches, restaurants that deliver to the house and a BIM market very close by, within a 10-15 minute walk.
