The space Townhome with a remodeled bathroom. It is located in a very quiet area in Kendall Devon-Aire Villas. The kitchen has also been remodeled and you will have access to it (just keep it clean please.) Very nice patio with a hammock for you to enjoy it. Only 30 minutes from the Miami International Airport (MIA) (17.6 miles), and 45 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL) (45.3 miles.) Less than 10 miles from the beach, close to Publix, shopping, gyms, and restaurants. It is also close to Miami Dade College (MDC), Baptist Hospital, Turnpike, 874, Jackson South Hospital, and Kendall Regional Hospital. Close to the zoo,parrot jungle etc... Easy check-in and check-out with a smart lock. (There is no pets in the house). Owner live in this home and occupy the master room. Guest access Guest can use the kitchen, living room, patio; laundry only for quest staying 3 days or longer During your stay I will be available at all time needed by phone or on the premises. I live in the house but many times I am traveling. Private bathroom is not garante unless you rent both rooms .
