You are just a stone’s throw from the beach in this two-guest suit. Beach key provided! This indoor space measures 400 sf but you’ll find it well laid out with twice as much private outdoor space (for you warmer weather travelers). Older reviews are from 4 years ago and pre renovation, we are refreshed. Feel free to roam the rest of the 1/3 acre property of rolling hills, old growth trees, a hammock house, tree swings on the hill, and water views from the driveway. The space Indoors, you will have all the amenities of home. Outdoor space includes patio furniture, outdoor shower, outdoor washer and cloths line, barbecue, two bikes, beach necessities and chiminea (don’t try to move it). This basement apartment is 3 feet above ground with ample windows. You will hear our footsteps above, but we are par time in NYC. Guest access Beach access, includes all the private access points along 1.5 miles of Soundview Drive including 11 acres of beach trails just 200’ down the road. Includes access to one kayak. WiFi point is close to the bathhouse. Ask for parking tag if you want to try more easterly access points. We provide umbrella, beach chairs, water shoes, bikes, cooler, beach towels and beach sheets. Other things to note Parking instruction are shown at time of checkin. Minutes away is a 6000 acre mountain biking preserve. You will need to go online for a pass for the mountain biking preserve.
