Huge private suite & no extra "cleaning fee"!

Very large 1184 sq ft private suite on entire lower floor of our secluded home. 30 minutes west of Nashville just off I-40. Queen bed (60"x80"), bathroom, kitchen, living room, screened porch w/swing, large exercise room. Private entrance & parking. No stairs. WIFI speed 477 mbps. Business and leisure travelers, married couples, single women traveling alone are welcome. No kids or teens, random hookups, drug-dealers, or parties. Quiet home setting with peaceful woods and gardens. TN license. The space I clean regularly with Lysol! Private bedroom and bathroom, living room with reclining sofa and TV, screened-in covered porch, dining table in eat-in kitchen with full appliances, exercise room with rowing machine, Precor AMT OpenStride, Precor elliptical machine, vintage Nordic Trak, padded floors for yoga, mirrored wall, TV. The owners live upstairs on the other end of the house, so the apartment suite is truly very private! But we are home most if not all of the time, and we always like to greet our guests and show them around the apartment so that they get a feel for us and we get a feel for them. We are friendly and most of our guests are friendly too. Ours is not the place for a romantic hideaway with a one-night-stand, but it is superb for a quiet stay amidst beautiful outdoor surroundings on our 10 acres. Check-in is 3:00 or later, but if much later, then you need to pre-arrange this with us. We are flexible within reason. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. [NOTE: We do not allow guests to sleep on the leather sofa. If you have a special need or an extra guest, please let us know beforehand so we can discuss.] Guest access The suite is entirely private and very roomy at 1184 square feet! Includes bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room area where you can watch Netflix Apple TV or play video games (bring your own), or even our collection of old videos (A&E, Disney, etc.), and very nice screened-in back porch with bed swing overlooking the woods. You have your own secure private entrance with electronic door lock from the outside, and you have your own private parking area, too. Plenty of room for a larger vehicle or if you're pulling a trailer. Can plug in your electric vehicle too. You'll have use of a dedicated a/c-heating unit just for the apartment suite. Please note: we are not set up for young children, pre-teens, or teens. Please make sure you discuss any extra guests with us for permission. We do not allow guests to bring other guests here that we do not know about. During your stay One of us is usually around during the day in case you have questions or need any help. Other things to note Our Airbnb has been in operation for 7 years and is legal for our state, county, and neighborhood regulations. We are a short 10-minute drive to the cute quaint downtown area of Kingston Springs, which has restaurants and local shopping. From there it is about 25-30 minutes to Nashville depending on where you are headed.
