All kitchen utensils (orange squeezer, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker and coffee corner with stools) for guests. However, there is paid parking near the building. Parking costs are paid directly on-site. There are also 2 hypermarkets near the condominium (ASSAI and Poupaki), as well as gas stations, bars, steakhouses, etc. Tiquatira Avenue, parallel to the building's street, is the closest way to Marginal Tietê and the Airport (only 20 minutes by car). There is a Municipal Hospital a 5-minute drive from the accommodation, as well as health centers. For those who want to enjoy the night, there is Dunas Bar and Prainha, two bars with live music and belly dance shows, very close to the apartment. There are two malls near the accommodation. The building offers a lot of security, cameras and 24-hour doorman It is the guest's responsibility to return the apartment as clean as it was received. Long-term rentals will be charged an extra cleaning fee of 200 reais if the guest does not forward a video with the apartment fully cleaned and tidied every 15 days. The building's gym has a limit of hours for daily use. The bedroom TV has vertical bands in the left side corner. But it's fully operational.
