We have bedding , towels, soap , liquid soap and fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your breakfast and your meals. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL AND BARBECUE OF THE HOUSE, WITH A PARADISE VIEW OF THE SEA OF PONTAL DO ATALAIA. The house is located in the best point of Arraial do Cabo , overlooking the sea in all rooms, surrounded by natural beauties and very close to the Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia, just 2.5 km. ☆☆ IMPORTANT☆☆ Guest access Guests who make their reservation must inform us of the full name and CPF of all guests so that access can be released at the Pontal entrance, as access is restricted. You must also inform the license plate and model of the car that will be arriving. ☆☆ IMPORTANT ☆☆ Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the guest allowed to bring VISITORS into the house during the stay, whether for a few hours or even the whole day🚫. ☆☆ IMPORTANT ☆☆ CHARGES FOR VISITORS DURING THE STAY - If the host finds that there were visitors during the stay, a HALF-DAY FEE (R$ 375.00) will be charged for EACH VISITOR, and for each day of the VISIT during the tenant's stay. Guest access Access to the Pontal do Atalaia environmental reserve is by car, taxi or Uber. Our condominium has a garage. Check-in is in person, if the guest arrives on time (3 pm). Arriving long after 3 p.m., the guest's access to the house will be through self check-in. Other things to note We also work with all the tourist tours in Arraial do Cabo (boat, buggy and quadricycle), if you are interested, just ask. For guests who do not come by car, I also recommend a taxi driver and a reliable Uber for guests.
