Quiet safe new neighborhood, a couple hours away from Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Napa Valley, Lassen National Park etc. Our brand new home is clean, spacious & comfy. Essentials are provided - towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, pillows, various toiletries. The space Wi-fi is provided & you have a dresser & closet. Breakfast items, coffee & tea are provided & you may using the dining room to work. You have a queen bed with a swivel lounge chair for relaxing, and a walk-in shower in the bathroom a step away. Ironing board, hair dryer, 1st aid kit etc. all available upon request. Laundry service is also available for a small fee. Other things to note No shoes in the house. We have a small pet who lives in his cage - he is hypoallergenic, no worries!
