We have renovated our annex and we are in the process of season three with rentals. The annex has a kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and living room with sofa bed. Perfect for a family of 4, a couple or two couples who need a place to stay either 1 night, 1 weekend, 1 long weekend or a week during the summer vacation. The annex has access to WiFi and opportunities for electric car charging. It is located 5 min away from the lake, and has shops and lovely Engelsviken just a short bike ride away. Fredrikstad 15 min by car. The space The annex is located 10 meters from the main house on the property and has a common garden. There is a playhouse for the children and plenty of space to play. The annex is 100% renovated in 2022 with new windows, new door, pipes and electricity Installation, new floor with heating cables, new bathroom, new kitchen and all fixtures. The bedroom has a double bed and faces away from the road. The bathroom has a shower cabin, sink, toilet. The kitchen is new from Ikea and has most of what you need to make good breakfasts and simple dinner dishes including external induction hobs and oven. Otherwise, the annex has 4 seats around a comfortable kitchen table and a sofa (sofa bed)/coffee table where you can relax after an active day in the local environment. The annex also has an entrance that is well suited to catch the evening sun as this has a southwest direction with a seating area for two. The property is located in close proximity to RV 116 but the property is completely fenced and all gates have locks that make it safe for children and to walk in the garden and in the areas around the houses. We have the possibility to add an extra sleeping mattress, travel bed, high chair and baby carrier backpack for hiking use if needed, feel free to ask us. We also have bicycles, hiking equipment and lots of local maps. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 50 m2 annex as well as the common areas in the garden between the annex and the main house. There is a playhouse in the garden and children are welcome to use this house as well as the toys and games that are there. We also have a large trampoline on the north side of the house that the children are welcome to use. There is a fire pit/barbecue available for grilling if you wish
