We have renovated our annex and we are in the process of season three with rental. The annex has a kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and living room with sofa bed. Perfect for family of 4, a couple or two couples in need of a place to stay either 1 night, 1 weekend, 1 long weekend or a week during the summer holidays. The annex has access to WiFi and possibilities for electric car charging. It is 5 min away from the sea, and has shops and lovely Engelsviken just a short bike ride away. Fredrikstad 15 min by car. The space The annex is located 10 metres from the main house on the property and has a shared garden. Here there is a playhouse for the children and plenty of room to play. The annex has been 100% renovated in 2022 with new windows, new door, pipes and electricity installation, new floor with heating cables, new bathroom, new kitchen and all fixtures. The bedroom has a double bed and is facing off the road. Bathroom has a shower cabin, washbasins, toilet. The kitchen is new from Ikea and has most of what you need for making good breakfasts and simple dinner dishes including external induction hot plates and oven. Otherwise, the annex has 4 seats around a comfortable kitchen table and a sofa (sofa bed) / coffee table to get in after an active day in the local community. The annex also has an entrance that is suitable for getting the evening sun as this has a southwest direction with a seating area for two. The property is close to RV 116 but the property is fully fenced and all gates have locks that make it safe for children and travel in the garden and in the areas around the houses. We have the possibility to insert extra sleeping mattress, travel cot, high chair and carrier backpack for tour use if needed, please ask us. We also possibly have bikes, hiking gear and lots of local maps. Guest access The guests have access to the whole 50m2 annex as well as the common areas in the garden between the annex and the main house. There is a playhouse in the garden and children are welcome to use this house as well as the toys and games there. We also have a large trampoline on the north side of the house that the children are welcome to use. There is a fire pit/bucket grill available for barbecue if you wish
