TINY HOUSE-Small dwelling & footprint, lower costs, energy savings, intentional design. If you are not comfortable with the intimacy of nature, a walnut forest, & wildlife, we may not be the right fit for each other. We love hosting and just request you respect our philosophy & cherished space. The space The Tiny House is located in a quiet neighborhood behind our Main House underneath a grove of walnut trees. There is a creek across the road and a quiet street to stroll down while enjoying the green space, the creek and a natural spring. We are centrally located, 2 miles to downtown, the University and biking/hiking trails. We are just 1.7 miles off of I-70, half way between St. Louis and Kansas City. The Tiny House is cozy, colorful and quiet. We have two, adorable, adult pups, that will happily and occasionally greet you. Guest access Guests will have total privacy in the Tiny House and can check in at their convenience even if it is late. The Tiny House will be unlocked when you arrive (hosts on site and very safe neighborhood) and a key is hanging inside near the sink area if needed. Other things to note We have parking directly in front of the house. We have two, adorable, adult pups that will happily and occasionally greet you. We will send easy, check-in details and guests check in at their convenience even if it is late. The Tiny House is an allergy free zone. No pets are allowed in the Tiny House. A coffee maker with coffee is provided, a small fridge with water and a hot water kettle for tea are all available in the Tiny House. WiFi: Netgear99 WiFi password: cloudyshrub499
