The space This classic chalet was recently refreshed to give the feel of a modern mountain retreat with a sun-filled minimalistic ambience. We created a space to bring families and friends together to create unforgettable memories. The Fairway Chalet is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the river or exploring the beautiful mountain wilderness. **Groups of up to 7 are welcome to enjoy the 3BD/2BA main house. The guesthouse with queen bed and twin bunkbed is available to groups of 8 or more, and is available for groups under 8 for an additional fee upon request.** Main house The open-concept main floor boasts cathedral ceilings with exposed cedar beams and a south-facing wall of glass that opens up to the wrap-around deck, pool, and golf course. The spacious great room is the heart of the chalet that includes a plush down sofa, surf art by local artist Matt Beard, a cozy gas fireplace, and direct access to the deck and pool for family connectedness. The great room includes a 6-seat dining table and is open to the kitchen. The well-stocked kitchen is centered around a large island for gathering and features granite countertops, a gas range with convection oven, and a dishwasher. Kitchen accessories include a Ninja blender for poolside margaritas, instant pot, coffee station, hand mixer, and plenty of extras. The chalet offers 3 spacious bedrooms in the main house, each with a queen bed with plush Casper memory foam mattress. The two guest bedrooms on the main floor share a guest bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The master loft bedroom includes a private master bathroom, private deck, and a sleeping nook with an additional twin bed that is separated by a privacy wall. The chalet includes a downstairs laundry area with a high-capacity washer and dryer. Guesthouse The guesthouse is available for groups of 8+, and for groups of under 8 upon request for an additional fee. The guesthouse includes a queen bed with plush Casper memory foam mattress and a twin bunkbed. The guesthouse does not have a dedicated bathroom, but guests are welcome to use the outside bathroom with walk-in shower accessed by a short footpath. The guesthouse does not have central air or heat, but a space heater and fan are included. Pool The heated (set to 78 degrees) saltwater pool is open May through October and includes a spacious pool deck, floaties, and pool furniture. The pool area is gated for added security. Guests are responsible to take proper pool safety precautions and assume any liability in violation of our pool rules and safety precautions. Entertainment Entertainment incudes a 65” smart TV with popular streaming apps, board games, and a separate room with TV, DVD’s, and a leather futon that folds down to a full size bed (accessed by a separate ground-floor entrance off the back yard). Wifi Unlimited high-speed Starlink internet is available to guests. Guests will likely have cellular access for most major carriers. Check with your carrier for coverage and signal strength. Home security For our protection and yours, the driveway, front door, and pool area are protected by Ring security cameras that are always on. Guest access We invite you to enjoy the Chalet, front and back yard, pool, and guest house. The garage is closed to guests. Guests are welcome to park in the private driveway that can fit up to four double-parked mid-size vehicles.
