Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. The space The air bnb is located on a quiet country road. We can be found behind the pine trees as you drive up to our location. Inside it is an open concept living room, kitchen and eating area. The two bedrooms are adjacent to each other with access to bathroom off of the living room. Guest access Around the air bnb you’ll have access to the lawn and picnic table. Please respect pool access is for family of the host only. Other things to note We have a friendly golden retriever, Maggie! A shy mixed breed dog, Maizey and an obnoxiously friendly cat, Harry! We do not allow pets during your stay and can suggest doggy daycare locations upon request. ** During the summer months, a window A/C unit is available for use in the living room and both bedrooms. ** During the colder months (early May, late September and October) there are space heaters to use - they do keep the space cozy and warm. The Air BNB DOES NOT have a heat source such as oil etc.
