The space The apartment has 2 spacious rooms each with double size beds. 2 bathrooms one of them private bathroom for main room. It is located at first floor by stairs. It also has a parking spot inside a gate, and lot of space infront at the street. It has a semi equipped kitchen with tools such as: a coffee machine, toaster, a fridge with deep freezer, cooking stove and cooking tools. Next to the kitchen there is a spacious dining space for up to 4 persons or more and a cozy living space to relax. The highlight of the house definitely is the huge private rooftop terrace and dining space. Here you could take a sunbath during the day. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with banana trees. You can hear the birds chirp in the morning. The property is completely gated and secured. Important notes: WIFI with optic fiber nominal speed 100mbs. If required a side studio can be enabled in the same property for 2 extra guests. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment: rooms, kitchen, living, dining area and rooftop terrace. Other things to note - Cleaning: our guests are responsible to keep the apartment clean during their stay. We offer the service to clean your bed sheets and towels 1 x week.
