It's hard to say which is better, the house or the location! Remodeled to the studs in '18, this modern, southwestern home is less than two blocks from Downtown Pagosa (walk to restaurants and the springs) but boasts views out of every window that make you feel like you're out in the wilderness! High-end furnishings (leather couches, Moroccan rugs, top-of-the-line appliances, modern fireplace, steam shower) and attention to detail will greet you at every turn. Let us share our 2nd Home with you! The space The views make this house... well that and the fact that all of these "in the middle of nowhere" views with your own private herd of deer, are offered up two blocks from Downtown Pagosa! The best bars and restaurants (not to mention the river and hot springs) are a 5-10 minute walk away. And who are we kidding... the brand new high-end appliances, modern gas fireplace, steam shower, clawfoot tub, southwestern chic decor and large decks don't hurt either. Outside you'll enjoy an acre of open space, a hot tub and gas firepit. We designed the home so that the first floor (with beds that sleep 6 in two queen bedrooms and a bunk room) can be locked off. Our base pricing includes the second and third floors only so that couples and smaller groups who don't need the extra space can enjoy all that 2nd Home Pagosa has to offer. There is an additional guest fee (that will be applied automatically based on the number of people you enter as guests (over 2)) for groups which will include the first floor bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Guest access The whole house is yours! And enjoy all of the 1+ acre of land surrounding while you're at it. Bonus: if you don't feel like driving to the ski area, just ski, snowboard and sled right outside!
