Modern eastside studio with private entrance, kitchenette. Beautiful bathroom with pebble floor. Shared access to fire pit at front of house. 1 mile to metro, 15 mins from BUR, 25 from LAX, 30 from Disneyland, 5 from Pasadena/Rosebowl, local to Occidental, 15 to Silverlake, Echo Park, Hollywood, Los Feliz. The space The studio is a large single room with finished plywood floor. It has a gorgeous modern aesthetic, queen sized bed, and a simple kitchenette (sink, keurig, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, mini fridge). We provide a flatscreen television with a Roku attached with access to Netflix. It is attached to the main house, but is totally private with its own keypad entrance, etc. Guest access You have access to your private studio and deck, the laundry area, and the shared fire pit with wood at the front of the house. There's unlimited free parking on the street in front of the house (the parking is on a hill, but you can park at the top of the hill as well), there are always plenty of spots available and it's a safe neighborhood. The unit is at the back of the house so there are approximately 10 stairs to climb down. Please let us know if you need any help with your luggage. Other things to note We provide firewood for the fire pit, all general home amenities. There is a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of pods. The kitchenette is fully stocked and ready to use. We provide microwave, toaster oven, and a hot plate. We also provide detergent for the laundry. The AC/heater has a thermostat on the wall below the television.
