CLEANING FEES We choose not to apply a cleaning fee because we have never had an Airbnb guest leave our house in any condition other than perfect. However, we’re prepared to claim against any guest who chooses to leave the house in an unreasonably poor state. CHECK IN/OUT: We are extremely flexible with check-in and check-out times.
