The condo has 1 queen bedroom, comfy sleeper sofa, full kitchen, updated bathroom, in-unit W/D, hi-speed WIFI and garage parking. Watch the monorail from your balcony! 5 min walk to Space Needle, 5 min walk to Chihuly & other museums. 11-min walk to Amazon, waterfront, Olympic Structure Park or Climate Pledge Arena. 16-min walk to Pike Place. Lots of restaurants, cafes, groceries and shops nearby. Self check-in. The space This well laid out modern corner condo has lots of natural light and windows. The building is in the heart of the city with a walk score of 99. LIVING AREA The main living space has a double sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is brand new with a memory foam mattress. The TVs are set up for internet streaming where you can log in to access your streaming accounts. The private balcony overlooks the monorail. From your condo, marvel as you watch the monorail whiz by which is surprisingly quiet. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen has stainless steel appliance such as oven, range, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator plus quartz countertops throughout. It is stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. We offer free Keurig coffee and tea. BED & BATH Master bedroom has queen size bed. Linens, towels, soaps and shampoo are furnished for your convenience. There are extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The building does not have centralized air which is common in Seattle. During the warmer months, there is a portable AC that’s available for you to use. THE BUILDING The rooftop terrace has incredible 360 degree views of Seattle and the Space Needle. Rooftop also gives you access to two gas grills, picnic tables, and lounge chairs. Rooftop can be accessed from 8 AM - 10 PM. There is a small fitness center that's available to use on the main floor. The building is in the heart of downtown Seattle. Like any city living, there will be some street noise. You may hear sirens, vehicles driving by or just normal hum of the city. There are security cameras in the garage and lobby but, of course, we don't have cameras inside the condo. PARKING Secured parking is included with attached covered parking. Garage is tight and can fit a compact or regular sized vehicle but not large SUVs, extra large vehicles or trailers. We would love for you to stay, for a few days or longer! Guest access All building entry doors are locked. Please review check-in instructions before your arrival to learn how to access the condo. If you have a vehicle, you can park temporarily on the street prior to checking in so you can first obtain your condo key and garage door opener and then securely park your car in the attached garage. The building has on-site management during the day M-F, and a building security system in place. There are two elevators in the lobby and there are stairwells along the sides of the building. Other things to note Please note that the condo building is in the heart of downtown Seattle. Like any big city living, there will be some street noise.
