Guest access All guests will be provided a code for apartment entrance. Building entrance: The entrance to the building is shared with other offices. For short term rental - the caretaker will open the door each time you enter or leave the building. For long term rental - we will provide a building main entrance key. There is a small elevator. In case of an emergency requiring to evacuate: there are 3 ways to escape: by internal stairs, rope ladder from the balcony to the ground, or ladder to the roof.
