"Like living in a Park in the middle of town!" lots of privacy. Super clean, very comfy! NEW Heat & AC, mini kitchen: icemaker, queen bed, & new SELF composting toilet. This is a live aboard experience not a resort. Like camping with AC! The space Located on Watson Bayou just minutes to Downtown Panama City, large private lot. The house boat has a small living space with two padded bench couches, coffee table, flatscreen and galley kitchen with microwave , toaster oven, coffee maker, icemaker and 1/2 size refrig, Full shower with composting toilet stall that is open to the Queen size bed and large flat screen tv. Exterior seating on the upper-deck over looking bayou is under an umbrella and well lit for enjoying a private time on deck. Picnic table on waterfront with Gas Grill is super chill. Kayaks available for free are next to floating dock. This exterior area is to be enjoyed and easily as important as the boat experience. Coffee and Breakfast provided! Guest access Entire boat is yours. Other things to note This is an old houseboat, very clean and cute but not a resort. If you can be comfortable in an Airstream your gonna love it! We have an Airbnb attached to our home (across the street ) so you may have to share the waterfront but you have your own picnic area and of course the boat is all yours. Please do not walk onto our neighbors property (over the little rope fence past the floating dock) Do enjoy all the outdoor area though, it is so restful and private.
