Apartment in a house surrounded by greenery

The apartment is located in the middle of greenery, near two small lakes that can also be reached on foot. It corresponds to the first floor of a two-family house surrounded by a garden, also used by me and my family who live on the upper floor. The location is perfect for those who plan to visit the landscapes and cities of Trentino, but prefer tranquility and nature. The apartment has a large terrace for the exclusive use of guests and a parking space. Guest access IDENTIFICATION AT CHECK-IN Upon your arrival, a personal identification will be carried out, as current legislation does not allow remote check-in. Your personal details, collected through a valid identity document, will be communicated to the Trento police station to ensure the safety of your stay. LEASE AGREEMENT FOR TOURIST USE In addition, you will be required to sign a lease for tourist use, as required by Italian law, to confirm your stay in my facility. Other things to note PROVINCIAL TOURIST TAX The provincial tourist tax is excluded from the total price and must be paid on site. It amounts to €1.00 per night per person. For stays longer than 10 consecutive nights, the tax is paid for a maximum of 10 nights. Minors up to the age of 14 and other special cases are exempt from paying the provincial accommodation tax. HOW TO GET TO THE LAKES OF LAMAR On foot, the lakes can be reached from the apartment with a walk of about 30 minutes. By car, the lakes can be reached in 5 minutes with the possibility of parking near the first lake at a cost of 5 euros per day, while near the second lake the cost is 15 euros per day.
