Oceanside, Oceanfront 2 bedroom

Oceanside is an enclave for surfers, artists and beach goers who love the year-round sunny weather and warm Southern California breeze. At the foot of California's longest active recreational pier and across the street from the beach, this resort is the height of laid-back beach side living. Right across the street from the historic Oceanside Pier, you can go surfing, swimming, play beach volleyball, or grab your fishing pole and head to the Harbor Fishing Pier and Guajome Regional Park. The space This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 857 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub and a balcony with a city/train view. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four. Oceanview is pretty much from the balcony. Units on the second floor may open out onto the pool. If you have a specific request, please let me know. There is no guarantee as to which room/floor you will have. Guest access You will have full access to the unit. Guest access may be restricted to tne common spaces by ever changing COVID-19 guidelines. (gym, pool, activities room, lobby, etc.) This is a timeshare resort. Staff is helpful and friendly. Daily cleaning, towel service is not included. They will ask you to attend a timeshare sales presentation. You are not obligated to attend, just say "No thank you." Wyndham requires the person registering to be at least 21 years old. They also require your name as it appears on your ID, address, phone number, and email address. Other things to note There is major construction going on near the resort that may cause dust and noise during the day and obstruct some views from some units.
