Quayside - Small Double Bedroom in Townhouse

Our home is perfect for hosting, the floor that the room is on has a living room with a kitchenette. This space is only shared by one other room that we let on a long term basis. Upstairs there is a full kitchen that you are welcome to use. We’ve got over 7 years of experience of hosting. We are used to welcoming people into our home and will interact with you as much or as little as you are comfortable with. The room is a perfect base for working, sightseeing or study. The space Beautiful townhouse in a Regency style crescent. Within easy walking distance of Christchurch town centre and quay where there is plenty to see and do. Dedicated work space with high speed internet available. Ideally situated near bus and train links to Bournemouth Hospital, beaches and forest. Hire ‘Boris’ bikes and scooters from right outside to explore the surrounding area. Guest access Guests will have access to three of the four floors of our home. The floor that the room is on also has one other room on Airbnb, a living room/kitchenette with access to the garden and a shower room. The shower room will be used by yourself primarily and as a guest toilet for visitors to our home. During your stay I am never too far away. My phone number is in the welcome guide that is in your room so you’ll always have some way to contact me. Other things to note We have a large white standard poodle. Henry is friendly, but nervous of strangers. There is a gate to keep him in the top part of the house so he will not have access to your room. The only time he will be on the same floor is to go out to the back garden. You can interact with him as much or as little as you like! We also have a very inquisitive cat called KitKat. If you leave your window open you might get a visit!
