CASA BONITA

Case Bonita is a 2 bedroom, 21/2 bath pool house located on 51/2 acres in the middle of town. It is gated and surrounded by 100 year old oak trees, magnolias, and blooming plants. You will have access to the shared yard and pool. There is a fire pit, seating, and lounge chairs around the pool. Only registered guest have use of the property-no parties, weddings, gatherings, smoking, drugs, or pets. Please be considerate of others on the property. We welcome extended stays. The space This home features a large comfy sofa, 3 chairs, dining for 4, viking range, stainless appliances, an antique refrigerator, rugs, art, antiques, and beautiful tile throughout. Upstairs are 2 big bedrooms with en suites (shower/tub combos), walk-in closets, desks, chairs, and a balcony for 2. The front of the house faces the pool and the back faces a garden with an old stone table that seats 6. Parking for 1 is next to the house and another car could be parked in front of main house. Only registered guest have use of the property. Casa Bonita is located a short distance from the main house with it's own private entrance. The hosts live in the main house. There is a gardener/handyman working at the main house during the week. This is a well maintained property on an extra special piece of land in the middle of the city. The whole property is very private and fully gated in a nice, safe, neighborhood that is close to everything. There is not a better location. Guest access You will have access to the pool house, shared yard and pool area. Pool is only available during the day until 8:00pm. Please be considerate of others. Other things to note We have another guest house, Casa Coco, that sleeps 4 and is available as well. It has it's own private gated entrance on the back of the property. We welcome extended stays on both properties.
