King's Head Cottage, Old Town Hastings

Originally part of the Old King's Head Pub, a sympathetic modern conversion into a stylish two double bedroomed cottage with enclosed private patio courtyard, completed in September 2021. The front of the cottage has a traditional Victorian styled facade, hiding a vaulted barrel shaped roof at the rear. We offer free parking outside for a medium sized car. The space Access through the front door into a small hallway the stairs are immediately to the right leading up a carpeted stairway to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms boast a barrel shaped roof with exposed Glulam beams. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with a built in mirrored wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has the option of twin beds or zip and link kingsize with a built in wardrobe. Downstairs there is LVT flooring throughout, the large open plan living space has seating and separate dining area looking out onto the patio courtyard with bifold doors bringing the outside in. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer and oven with breakfast bar and seating for 4. A cloakroom is accessed off the lounge. Other things to note We allow one well behaved small/medium sized dog (but not upstairs in the bedrooms) for a small additional fee.
