THE PROPERTY Master Bedroom: King Bed The space There are glass walls throughout this condo on the west side with amazing views of the coast line. There is fine furnishings though out this condo. All floors are upgraded to “wood” tile and shiplap on kitchen bar. There is a large open living space in the BEAUTIFUL BEACH FRONT condo. The living room features an extra large sectional sofa, two comfy swivel chairs, an extra large Samsung HDTV, and unbelievable views from every angle. There is a formal dining area with beautiful designer chandelier plus 4 bar stools in same dining area for additional seating at kitchen bar. The custom kitchen with beautiful upgraded quartzite countertops and custom backsplash. Custom painted cabinets to reflect the colour of the sea. All stainless appliance along with fully stocked caliphalon pots, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you will need to make yourself at home on your Orange Beach vacation. Just off the kitchen is a wet bar with a stand-alone ice maker to make your favourite drinks. There are condiments and drinks to share in fridge as well as spices etc. anything in the pantry or refrigerator is available for our guest use. Feel free to throw away anything you feel needs tossing! The master bedroom has a King Bed with a designer four poster bed, dresser with plenty of storage, large Samsung HDTV and private access to the balcony. The Master Bathroom has double sinks, quartzite countertops, a walk-in shower and a large jetted/soaker tub for relaxing. The left side bedroom has a King bed, HDTV on the wall, beautiful draperies with shutters and private access to hall bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity with quartzite countertops. The first bedroom to the right has one queen bed and a bunk bed (1 double on bottom and a twin on top). This room also has a HDTV hanging on the wall, wall of windows with views of coastline and connects to the jack and jill bathroom with a custom beautiful reclaimed wood barn door that adds that extra touch of homey! The second right side room has a King Bed, wall of windows with amazing coastline views, an HDTV hanging on the wall and a beautiful reclaimed wood barn door leading to jack and jill bath with double sink quartzite vanity, toilet and bathtub/shower combo with custom shower curtain. Enjoy the magnificent beach views on the balcony at the high top dining table or the two Adirondack chairs great for reading your favourite book or just relaxing. No pets! Guest access Guest will have access to all spices, condiments, beach towels, luxury towels, and beautiful serving pieces like only true AirBNB properties offer. Other things to note IF possible I will allow early check in. It will depend on if another guest is leaving the same day. Absolutely NO PETS! There will be a $1000 fine
