Hello and Welcome! Listed is a cozy, comfortable and convenient 1Br, 1Ba in the one of the coolest neighborhoods in Chicago. The apartment is very close to public transportation, amazing restaurants, popular bars and great coffee shops. If you decide to take transit: bus=steps, train=12 minute walk. O'Hare and Downtown=20-25 minute uber rides. Cheers! -Gio The space This is a 600+ square foot 1-bedroom attic apartment. The apartment is in a two flat, so you will have to walk just three short flights of stairs. There are enough beds to accomodate 4 individuals (queen size bed, 2 air mattress', and convertible couch), however, 3 guests are ideal to ensure optimum comfort. If you absolutely, need to reserve for 4, send me a message and we can discuss! During the winter months the heat is set to 74 degrees and cannot be adjusted. However, there are a few tower fans and ceiling fans available, if it gets a little warm in the apartment. Bedroom In the bedroom, there is a quality queen size bed, along with a dresser where personal items can be stored. During the summer months, there is a window AC unit that is installed in the bedroom! Right outside of the bedroom is a generous sized closet where guests can hang their clothes and find the following items and more: • Additional bed linens • Iron and ironing board • Air Mattress Bathroom To aide in a more efficient travel experience, the bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer, plenty of toilet paper, tooth paste/tooth brush, towels/wash clothes, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Kitchen Area/Living Room The kitchen is equipped with a table, sink, microwave and coffee maker! In the living room, there is a cute couch with two storage boxes, that act as footrests. The couch converts into a bed, which can accommodate additional guests. Additionally, there is an Amazon Firestick connected to tv, where guests can enjoy Netflix, ESPN, and many others. Lastly, next to the living room area is a desk that guests can utilize to get some work done. There is plenty of space and writing utensils. Other things to note *Upon availability, guests can request an earlier check-in or later check out for an additional fee.* To ensure comfort, guests have access to a window unit AC(with timer), tower fan and 2 ceiling fans which will be great during the hot summer months!
