There is no stove. -Living room with TV -Bedroom with a king comfortable bed -Bathroom with shower -Shared laundry room -WiFi -Entrance through garage (code will be provided upon reservation) -Ample amount of parking space The space Whole basement is yours. It is private. We just remodeled our basement. It is immaculate clean. Very comfortable bed. No pets, please. Guest access The laundry During your stay My husband and I are always readily available to answer your questions! We can be contacted by phone or text, and if we are not home, we are always within a 15 minute drive. We will always respect your space, but also enjoy interacting with our guests. The level of interaction is completely up to you. We are fun, friendly, and are here to assist you in any way that you may need. We are also very knowledgeable locals, so you can come to us for recommendations for your visit to Salt Lake City. My husband even volunteered at the Salt Lake Visitor Center so he is full of ideas for your stay. Other things to note The host is a real estate agent.
