The apartment features 1 King-bed, 1 Queen double-bed, 1 twin-size Bunk-beds; Spacious Living Room. Fully equipped eat-in Kitchen; Marble-tiled Bathroom with Stand-up Shower. There are plantation privacy shutters on all windows; Closet space in each bedroom so you can unpack your bags and feel at home. This unique and private space is sun-bathed both summer and winter. Large windows with North-South exposure, and sky-lights in the Kitchen and Bathroom for natural light throughout. The open plan gives great North-South cross-breeze ventilation; there are also Bedroom A/C units and ceiling fans throughout, for warmer summer days. 48 inch smart TV and fast WiFi for Netflix movie streaming, or if you have to do some work. Folding crib, high-chair and stroller available for infants. Convenient off-street parking if you are driving. Owners’ family shares the apartment/building but the layout gives guests privacy. Guest access Guests have 24 hour access to the building and apartment. During your stay We make every effort to ensure that guests have privacy during their stay. Other things to note Parties and/or social gatherings are strictly prohibited in the residence. We are a ‘Green House’ so please do use the recycling bins labeled and located in the front-yard. Please also make sure to switch off lights, fans and AC units when out of the apartment, to conserve energy and reduce our carbon footprint. Laundry and dry-cleaning sévices are available a block away on Malcolm X boulevard, as well as several food/supermarkets, natural juice bars and coffee shops. There is a pharmacy (Genacare) and children’s doctor (Tribeca Pediatrics) - around the corner on Malcolm X Boulevard.
