Grandma's House is in a rural community and offers peace, comfort and a great place to relax, while being close enough to the city for all the shopping, dining and work related activities. Just 7 miles from Raleigh Executive Jetport, it is located in Moncure, which is the center of NC, this house is 30 minutes from Raleigh, Chapel Hill or Sanford. Just 3 miles from Jordan Dam, there are multiple boats ramps just a short drive away. Whole house has been recently remodeled and everything is new. The space NOW AVAILABLE- finished remodeled basement. Additional queen bed, AND queen fold out sofa with sitting area, full bath and kitchenette. Has separate entry with parking. An additional $125 per night as an add-on option. Not handicap as the first floor is. This interior house has modern farmhouse charm. It is beautiful, open and very clean. It is great for one person, or an entire family. Small dogs (less than 40 pounds) are welcome as we understand that they are part of our family also.. Unfortunately we can not allow large dogs or more than 2 total pets. There is an additional $50 pet fee for added cleaning. We also request that dogs are on regular flea and tick maintenance. We have recently installed a whole house water purifying system and there is also a whole house generator in the event of storms or power loss. Guest access This rental includes the entire house with the exception of the basement. The basement is available as an add-on option for an additional fee and can sleep 4 more people comfortably. The carport features a wheelchair/handicapped ramp but has a low clearance, please no vehicles taller than 7.5 feet Other things to note The house is just 7 miles from the Raleigh Executive Jetport. There is a family owned/operated cabinet shop in the back of the property. There may be vehicles coming and going by the lower drive, but this does not appear to interfere with the peace or beauty of the property. The cabinet shop does not usually operate on week-ends. We have a whole-house water softener system, whole-house generator, and many other added upgrades.
