Welcome to this warm and inviting home nestled in the suburbs of Salt Lake City. This home is just 13 minutes to downtown Salt Lake 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to world class skiing. This inviting turn key West Jordan home boasts plenty of room for a very comfortable stay. The space Our well appointed home is the perfect space for those who are traveling on business as well as for pleasure. The home comes equipped with 5 bedrooms; 1 King & 4 Queen size beds and includes TV's with cable and radio alarm clocks in each room. Three bedrooms are upstairs and two bedrooms are in the basement. (Please note: Bedroom #5 does not have a window). There are 3 1/2 bathrooms - one on each floor, plus the master en suite, all come supplied with plenty of linens. The front room provides comfortable space to enjoy conversation or snuggle up to a good book. Enjoy the large family room, watching TV, listening to music, or simply visiting with one another, while enjoying the cozy gas fire place to keep you warm. There's plenty of room to whip up your favorite meal in the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with all the pots & pans, dishes, and utensils needed, for that delicious meal for you and your guests to enjoy. And certainly don't miss out on the private back yard, where you can cook up your favorite food on the grill while lovely conversation seating and a warm gas fire pit awaits you and your guests! Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage. Our management team is within close proximity, should you need anything. Prior to your arrival, a personal door code and check in instructions will be sent to you via message. Other things to note RULES: - Quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am - NO shoes in the house - NO smoking in the home; No cigarettes, No cigars, No vapors, No Marijuana - NO Drugs of any kind - NO Animals permitted whatsoever - NO PARTIES of any kind without prior authorization PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, or illness, damage, weather conditions, acts of nature, or death sustained to any person authorized or unauthorized to enter the property, regardless of cause, in addition to lost, stolen or items left behind. You agree to this policy by voluntarily checking into the rental property. APPROVED USE: Guest shall only use the premises for residential uses and not to carry on any business or trade. Guest will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes, and orders regarding the use of the Premises, and will not cause any disturbance. No excessive noise allowed at any time. We are in a quiet, family neighborhood and need to respect our neighbors. • No loud noise/music before 8am or after 10pm. • No stereos or amplification devices are allowed outdoors. • Indoor/outdoor parties, events, filming are all subject to separate written agreement, deposits insurance and fees. Please contact the owner to discuss arrangements for such items. Any permission granted to use the property other than as a vacation rental will only be granted under the condition that the owner or an agent of the owner will be permitted on site during course of the event. • Please make certain your booking has accurately stated # of guests. Adjustments will be made to the reservation otherwise, without further notice. • Please note there is a strict No Pet policy with this home. Our daughter is highly allergic and frequents the home often. As a result of the medical complications to her health, we are unable to accommodate any animals whatsoever. • The home is equipped with outdoor surveillance. • This home is located in a well kept, quiet neighborhood and in order to maintain the integrity, we are unable to accommodate parties of any kind. If you are planning visitors other than that of your booking, we ask that you contact and arrange with our Host ahead of time. NO smoking in or on the property. Our daughter has severe asthma which is triggered by any form of smoke. If you smoke, kindly do it away from the home NOT in the home NOR on the property. You agree to pay a $250. assessed fee if smoking takes place in the home or on the property. NO SMOKING cigarettes, cigars, vapors, marijuana, or any form of drugs. Kindly remove your shoes at the door. The home is equipped with a lovely back yard. Provided are comfortable seats, a fire pit, and BBQ grill. Kindly enjoy your outdoor entertaining in the back and NOT in the front yard. NOTE: Do Not leave the Fire Pit running unattended Do Not leave Back Door open (any door or window) if the Heat or Air Condition is turned on CLEANING POLICY: Leaving an extreme mess in the home is prohibited per our policy. If we find excessive bottles and trash left in and around the house, we are assessed an additional $100 cleaning fee from our cleaning crew and will pass those charges on to guests. Please be advised these fees will be assessed and deducted from your security deposit. Please be respectful of the home, leaving it in a respectful manner.
