“Valleyview”

Our home has amazing views of farmland but only minutes away from Warrnambool. We have a two storied house, the top story is solely yours to enjoy , we live down stairs. You have private access to the house and upstairs. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom - shower, bath, vanity, separate toilet. Lounge, TV, dining table, tea, coffee, toaster, microwave, fridge(NO COOKING FACILITIES). You can take a wonder around our 15 acres and the Merri River . The space We have a pet pig, a few sheep and Charlie our Labrador and Tilly a Scottish Terrier. The dogs are still quite young so they get a little excited when someone arrives. We have a large garden so feel free to have a walk around and enjoy our wonderful view of the valley. The garden is a developing "love affair" so it may not always be tidy. Guest access Feel free to go for a walk down to the river but please insure you leave all gates as you find them .The pet pig likes a good scratch and pat and is friendly but she grunts and squeals but its her way of saying hello. She may follow you thinking that you have food! Other things to note Dining : We have a basic kitchen nook with plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, small fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and we can provide a continental breakfast . THERE ARE NO COOKING FACILITIES. Please note: An extra queen bedroom can be made available on request and at an additional fee.
