We are a nice 2-person house-share and have prepared a nice room for guests. The bed is 1 m wide and therefore perfect for one person. The house is located directly in front of the Drachfels and thus offers a spectacular view of the rock and the vineyard... The space The particular location makes it possible to hike directly on the Drachenfels or walk along the Rhine. Two bakers, tram line 66 and the federal railway are about a 2-minute walk away. By train or car, you can quickly get to Bonn or Cologne. The room is on the 2nd floor and is equipped with cable TV and Wi-Fi. The bed is 140 cm x 200 cm and of course freshly made. The living room on the first floor with a comfortable couch, a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV invites you to spend cozy hours. The shared kitchen overlooking the Drachenfels is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, etc. The shared bathroom is also high-quality and has a shower, bathtub, toilet, Sonos sound system, hairdryer. Towels are sufficiently available! In the basement is the 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest access Shared use of the kitchen, the 2 bathrooms and the living and dining room. The garden is always available to share. The basement has a washing machine, dryer and the second bathroom. We still have two bicycles that we are happy to provide... No smoking in the entire house. In the garden it is of course allowed.
