Note: The property has oil fired central heating and hot water that is controlled by the thermostat in the lounge. This is always set to 16 degrees and an be manually turned up or down. All the rooms have their own radiators with thermostatically controlled valves at the end so simply turn them down or up if you wish to control the heat especially in the bedrooms if you like it cooler or hotter. Local Walk: Up the road from the property is a public footpath which is perfect for walking your dogs and takes you down over a ford in the road which can lead to the Pheasant Inn pub a lovely walk (OS suggested to find correct route).
