The space The property is a mansion-type house, converted into a pleasant space to receive our guests, with 24/7 staff, and large green areas to relax and get away from the chaos of the city for a moment. We have 21 lofts, each one private, nothing inside the loft is shared with other guests, only the outdoor areas. Guest access In the common areas you will have the possibility of meeting new people, while you enjoy a swimming pool with a large waterfall, a jacuzzi with hot water, and a co-working area for your meetings. The common areas are comprised of the parking lot, hallways, reception, wet area (Pool and Jacuzzi), Co-Working and green areas. We have a laundry service, which we provide ourselves... Our staff on the property will wash and dry your clothes in a machine... There is no additional charge under certain conditions... The conditions are: - It is only washed once per night of accommodation. - Only what fits inside a laundry bag that we have in each loft is washed. - No special washing is done. - Under these conditions there is no cost. The tip is voluntary. Other things to note The loft is not cleaned every day, only on the third night for reservations of 6 nights or more. The capacity of the loft is for informational purposes only, it is only to show how many guests can stay. Only the number of people who appear in the ad are the guests who will be able to enter the property. From the fifth person, an additional value is charged for each night of accommodation if the time established in the house rules is passed (Check the house rules).
