This is ONLY available for long term sublet March-December 2020. Utilities included. My place is only a couple of blocks away from the C and G subway lines. Manhattan is a 10 mins train ride away. This peaceful apt gets tons of light, located in the heart of the charming Clinton Hill and has its own private entrance with private living room! It simply is the best! No couples , partner who practically lives there but "technically" has their own apt, or pets, sorry :( The space This space is truly unique as you don't find this kind of layout very often. I can stress how peaceful and private this apt it. You would only share common areas, kitchen and bathroom with one other person, who is a great roommate! Lots of natural light with big green trees in front of my window. It really has been my haven from the city. This apt would be best for people who are looking for a home and not a party place. We really don't bring the party home, nor need to as there are tons of options walking distance :) My roommate is super chill and easy going, but also respects people's privacy. Guest access You will have your own private living room and entrance.. and room of course! Bathroom and kitchen are the only shared areas.
