Enjoy a peaceful night in a second floor flat in the desirable Eastside of Troy. Within walking distance to Emma Willard School, Sacred Heart, and places to enjoy a meal. A short drive to downtown, grocery store, colleges, shops and more.. This is a 114 year old house so it still has much of its old charm, please do not expect modern perfection here. The space My home does have two indoor cats that travel with me so they may not be there during your stay. I do keep things tidy, but there may be a dish in the sink or cat toys on the floor. Myself or another guest may or may not be home during your stay. I am always accessible via phone. Guest access I do provide a dedicated cabinet in the kitchen for your dry goods and space in the fridge/freezer. As well as menus to local eateries. A small fan is in your bedroom. You can also enjoy the second floor front porch. During your stay The bathroom, living room, dinning room and kitchen are shared. Please be fully clothed in all shared areas and clean up after yourself immediately. Turn off lights when finished in a room. Other things to note This is not a hotel - i've done my best to create a cozy, safe and peaceful space with a full sized mattress, window to let in plenty of light ( room darkening curtains), TV, wifi, and magazines.
