Ideal location on Peak 8!

My place is next to Nordic Center. 1 minute walk to bus stop, then 1 stop to/from peak 7/8 and also only 1 stop to/from downtown... You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the high ceilings, the cleanliness, proximity to town and skiing. Views of Baldy Mountain and Peaks 7 and 8 are great; you see slopes during the day and snowcats at night. Nordic Center and x-country/snowshoe trails are in our backyard. My place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The space You are so close to mountain you never have to deal with the snarl of traffic and people at the beginning and end of the ski day in town, or with parking in muddy gondola parking lots, etc. We do not normally use public transportation but this bus system is free, convenient, almost fun and takes the stress away from warming up car, parking, paying for parking everywhere now, etc. Other things to note Our garage is very heated, and has large carpeted area to put on your ski boots and leave ski gear. You can ski across the adjacent lot to the free ski bus that comes every 15 minutes and off you go. So we come and go through the garage and it works great.
