Modern on the inside, this 3800 sqft home has been recently remodeled. 5 generously sized bedrooms,(4 second floor, 1 1st floor) with 4 full recently remodeled bathrooms and a 1/2 acre back yard with oversized oval swimming pool, heated jaccuzzi and trampoline. Great location within 15 minutes to the beach and downtown Encinitas. Our property is in the old part of Encinitas called Olivenhain. The are is zoned for horses and a number trails are around the property for your enjoyment. The space All the rooms are decent sized with the smallest being about15 X 10. The kitchen opens to the backyard with floor to ceiling retractable windows to a covered patio with a 10 seat teak table and chairs. The built in bbq has a dedicated gas line for the main grill and a charcoal station. The bbq counter runs 15 feet long and has 6 teak bar stools for seating. The pool is extra large and measures roughly 10 meters long at its longest. It has a diving board (safety waiver required) and its deepest its about 8-9 feet deep. The yard has a large Springfree trampoline that is one of the safest on the market with the netting that surrounds the trampoline. We also have a Ketller ping pong table. The gated driveway has room for 4-6 cars. Outside of green there is addition space for up to 3 cars. The Garage is not available as it’s being used for storage. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and flooring have all been recently remodeled. The home still has some areas that require work but they are minor and will not affect your stay. Guest access The only area not accessible is the garage as it’s being used for storage. Other things to note Please note that due to the diving board, trampoline and lack of a child safety fence around the pool, guests will be required to sign a liability waiver in order to stay at our home. No exceptions.
